about the role

This role is essential to our continued success and the appointed candidate will:

  • Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships both internally and externally, always adopting a customer-focused approach
  • Deliver a high quality comprehensive and consistent approach to dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers
  • Capture, investigate, and respond to complaints and compliments for the organisation as a whole and monitor our progress against complaints
  • Proactively contributing to and identifying continuous improvement initiatives, the Customer Insight Officer will identify changes and solutions, which improve the resolution of complaints across believe housing on a day-to-day basis for our customers
  • The Customer Insight Officer will collect customer satisfaction information to identify the success of our services and identify opportunities for service improvement.
