coronavirus update

The latest changes in coronavirus restrictions have created new challenges for our repairs service, with more than 10% of our frontline staff being asked to isolate.

We’ve made some temporary changes to services and from Tuesday, 20 July, we will only be handling essential repairs requests until further notice.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

These changes will be reviewed weekly and a full repairs service will be resumed as soon as possible.

equality and diversity

believe housing recognises that in many walks of life, people do not experience fair access to services and quality of life.

We therefore place a great emphasis on equality (making sure our customers have an equal chance to access our services regardless of their age, gender, race, religion or belief, disability or sexual orientation) and diversity (namely recognising, respecting and valuing the differences between individuals).

Our commitment means that people are treated according to their specific needs, and that no individual or group is disadvantaged by our policies, services or employment practices.

Our vision for equality and diversity

People first

We will be an inspirational organisation ensuring people are treated with fairness, dignity and respect at all times. We will value people’s differences by being open minded, understanding and inclusive.

Outstanding delivery

We will ensure inclusion of all by creating equal access. We will inspire people to be honest about their needs; listen with an open mind and then act accordingly. We will work in partnership with our customers as we know how this builds respect and trust.

Proud communities

We will be passionate about where our customers live, providing creative solutions that demonstrate how we value them. By doing this we will aspire to create open, safe, inclusive environments that will transform our communities making them better places to live.
