Are you one of those people who could burn water; or do you pride yourself on being a pro around the kitchen? Either way, a new free training programme could be food for thought.
Once a week, for a minimum of six weeks, starting on Tuesday, 11 September, you will learn all about food safety and hygiene, take part in practical cooking sessions, and pick up hints and tips on cuisines from around the world. You’ll even walk away with a Level 2 qualification.
Sessions will take place at Belmont Community Association, Gilesgate Moor, DH1 2LL.
Transport can be arranged to attend, plus ingredients and equipment provided for you to practice during the course and at home.
What’s more, you could be in with the chance of winning a prize to the value of £400* by showing off your culinary prowess in an end of course competition.
It’s first come, first served to get involved so call us today on 0300 2000 194 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more and register your place.
