Join us for our new Introduction to Mindfulness course, improve your focus and concentration and discover meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques.
The free five week programme aims to provide you with ways to manage your thoughts, feelings and body sensations in everyday life.
Introduction to Mindfulness starts on Friday, 15 September at Selby Close Common Room, in St Helens Auckland, from 9.30am to 12.3-pm
