believe housing is committed to providing advice and support to tenants facing financial hardship. This includes helping those who have fallen prey or are being targeted by illegal money lenders, or ‘loan sharks’. To help you understand your rights and find out more about the different saving options available, we would like to invite you to a ‘week of action’ coffee morning in Bishop Auckland.
Representatives from NEFirst Credit Union will be at Woodhouse Close Church, Proudfoot Drive on Thursday, 22 March between 9.30am and 11.30am, to offer advice and support on how to obtain a loan in a legal, affordable and sensible way. You can also find out how to start saving with the Credit Union.
What’s more, customers opening a new credit union account may be eligible for a £25 reward into their savings account (terms and conditions apply).
Free refreshments will be available so call in for a cuppa and a cake!
