our new development schemes

Rookhope

We developed two two-bed bungalows in partnership with T Manners & Sons in Rookhope - the first social homes to be built in the area for more than 50 years. The bungalows feature high levels of insulation, the latest heating systems powered by solar panels, and double glazing; and are expected to bring big savings to tenants when compared with older homes in the village. Completed in January 2018.
