This is an exciting time for believe housing, as we share our plans for the next three years.
We’re going to spend more than £200m delivering at least 250 new homes a year.
These will be the kind of homes people want to live in, where they are needed, and we’ll think about the homes we want to build for the future.
We’ll invest £60.6million in our existing homes.
And we’ll keep making homes warmer, greener and cheaper to run. This will include using £3.4million of government funding, and £1.69m from us, to upgrade at least 1200 homes and we’re writing to some of you about this now.
We’ll fund more community organisations than before, support projects that meet local needs and help areas to thrive.
We’ll continue to offer a range of support services to our customers and find ways to increase customer satisfaction, including making it simpler for you to deal with us.
These are just some of the commitments believe housing is making, in our draft Corporate Plan for 2022-2025.
To draw up this plan we listened to our customers, along with staff and stakeholders, and prioritised what you said was important.
