added value annual review available online

29 September 2017 - Latest news

A comprehensive report outlining the group’s value for money or ‘added value’ achievements is now online.

The group’s ‘added value annual review’:

  • Sets out what we’ve done to build on work started in 2015/16
  • Provides an update on the targets we set ourselves
  • Details our achievements during the year
  • Outlines our aims for 2017/18.

We talk about value for money as ‘added value’ – the benefits that are brought through constantly striving for efficiency, economy and effectiveness.

As registered providers of social housing, we are required by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to meet their Value for Money Standard.

In order to demonstrate how we meet the standard, we annually publish a self-assessment for stakeholders providing specific evidence of our value for money gains.

You can find the full added value annual review, and an animated video providing a brief overview of the report, here.
