In the near future believe housing will be procuring an organisation to undertake a comprehensive STAR survey of all Dale & Valley Homes’, Durham City Homes’ and East Durham Homes’ tenants to help gauge satisfaction levels and identify improvement priorities across the group.

22,000 tenants will be surveyed overall across a two-year period – 50% during the summer of 2015; and 50% in the summer of 2016.

The successful organisation will be required to undertake both surveys, collate all data and present the results to our boards, employees and customers.

believe housing will be inviting organisations with the relevant experience, skills and ability in this field to tender.

The tender process will open week commencing Monday, 1 June 2015, with all documents available to download on this website.

The successful applicant will be awarded the contract subject to meeting the verification requirements.
