You can request a repair, pay your rent, check your balance and much more.
Creating an account and logging into our customer app is a pretty straight forward process. Follow the steps below to find out how.
You can login to our customer app using your email address and password.
If you do not already have an account, you can register for one quickly and easily.
To register, you will need your tenancy number, which can be found on rent statements and letters we’ve sent you.
To begin, click ‘register’.
Firstly, you’ll be greeted with our privacy statement.
By registering for our app, you are confirming that you understand and agree.
To continue, click ‘next’ to opt-in and register.
To proceed with your registration, select ‘yes’ and click ‘next’ to continue.
The easiest way to register for the app is with your tenancy number.
This can be found on any rent statements or letters you may have received from us.
If you know your tenancy number, select ‘yes’ and click next to continue.
If you do not know your tenancy number, select ‘no’ and the app will prompt you to call us on 0300 1311 999.
The app will then ask you to:
- enter your tenancy number.
- provide your email address.
- enter your telephone number without spaces.
- enter your date of birth.
- create a password and re-enter it.
Once you’ve completed these fields, click ‘next’ to finish registering your account.
Please note, passwords must be at least six characters long and contain at least one lower case letter and at least one digit, capital letter or symbol.
You can now log into the app, using your email address and the password you just created.
If you have forgotten your login details, you can choose “Forgot Password” to help you login to your account.
Here, you can verify your email address and your date of birth to request a new password.
