coronavirus update

After the announcement of the national roadmap on gradually easing coronavirus restrictions, we are currently looking at the detail of the plan and working out when it will be appropriate to reintroduce services such as non-essential repairs. We’ll provide a detailed update as soon as possible.

Did you know that you can now book your repairs through our customer app?

Reporting and booking repairs through our customer app is a pretty straight forward process. Follow the steps below to find out how.

 

step one

Login to the app, or if you do not already have an account, you can register for one.

To register, you will need your tenancy number, which can be found on rent statements and letters we’ve sent you.

If you have forgotten your login details, you can choose “Forgot Password” to help you login to your account.

 

step two

Once you’ve logged into the app, you’ll be greeted with a menu.

From this menu, select “repairs”.

step three

Once in the repairs section, select “report a repair”.

Note: you can view any previous repairs by selecting your repairs history.

Next, the app will ask you to select an address to report your repair from.

This is in case you rent multiple properties from us – for example, a house and a garage.

Please make sure you select the right property address for any repairs to be carried out.

Then, click “Next” to continue.

Is it an emergency repair?

Repairs logged through the app are responded to within normal working hours.

Emergency repairs are issues that pose a threat to your health, safety or security.

If you think your repair is an emergency, call us on 0300 1311 999.

If your repair is not an emergency, then select “no” and tap “Next” to continue.

step six

Now, you can diagnose your repair.

The next section will ask for specific details about your repair and what work we will need to carry out.

Click “Press here to report your repair” to continue.

step seven

Here, the app will give you a list of options to choose from.

In this example, we are going to report a faulty shower with a leaking tray.

Select “shower”, or whichever option is applicable to your repair.

Once you’ve selected what your repair relates to, the app will ask you specifically what needs repairing.

Go through and choose the relevant options for your repair.

step eight

Once you’ve diagnosed your repair, the app will give you a summary of your selections.

If you think you’ve made a mistake, you can select “Press here to re-diagnose your problem”.

If your problem was not covered, please call us on 0300 1311 999 during office hours.

If this information is correct, tap “Next” to confirm and book your repair.
