believe housing has recently introduced a new housing management system to offer customers a more modern and efficient service.
One of our plans is to develop a new self-service mobile application that will allow customers to make any housing enquiries at their fingertips.
This will include being able to report a repair, pay your rent and check your account balance.
While the app is under development, we have decided not to issue paper copies of your quarterly rent statement. While this does offer better value for money in terms of the costs associated with printing and posting letters, it also supports our work to improve our digital platforms.
