Durham City Homes Offices at Lumley House and Thomas House, Meadowfield will close at 1pm on 24th December and re-open again at 8:30am on Monday 4th January.

Our Out-of-Hours line will be open throughout the Festive period for emergency repairs and can be accessed by calling 0800 0680013.
