County Durham landlords launch three new websites

6 April 2016 - Latest news

Three County Durham landlords launch their new websites today (Wednesday, 6 April). New websites

Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes, which make up believe housing, have updated the look and feel of their existing sites to improve the overall user experience.

Customers can still access online information from the same addresses:

But visitors to the sites will now notice a common theme running throughout their layout.

Marie Roe, Director of Performance and Business Development, at believe housing, said: “Because tenants now access more services online, we need to ensure that our websites are easy to access and simple to navigate.

“The revamp has allowed us to alter the sites’ structure, based on analysis of how people use them, to ensure customers have information that is most important to them at their fingertips.

“Our websites are all responsive so that people can access them by their preferred method, whether that’s using a computer, mobile phone or tablet.

“And bringing the look and feel of all three websites into line means, for example, that tenants of one landlord will be able to use another site for reference quickly and easily.”

Further information about believe housing and its landlords can be found on this website.
