coronavirus update

Our customer portal is currently experiencing some unexpected issues. All other contact methods are available as normal.

We will be offering a full repairs service from Monday, September 20.

Temporary changes were put in place due to changing coronavirus restrictions.

Please be aware that a small number of appointments may still take slightly longer to complete due to materials shortages that are impacting all sectors.

Have you visited our customer portal?

You can change your details, pay your rent, check your balance and much more.

Creating an account and logging into our customer poral is a pretty straight forward process. Follow these steps, or watch the video below, to find out how.

step one

If you’re already using our customer app, you don’t need to register again for our customer portal. Please use your existing login details to access the portal.

If you don’t already have an account, you can register to use the customer portal by visiting: from your computer or mobile device.

step two

The customer portal will ask you to:

  • provide your email address
  • enter your telephone number without spaces
  • enter your tenancy number
  • enter your date of birth
  • create a password and re-enter it.

If you are unsure of your tenancy reference number, this can be found on your rent statements and many other letters we’ve sent you.

Once you’ve completed all the fields, choose the submit button.


step three

You will then receive an email with a verification code, which you must use to complete your registration. Please note this code expires overnight.

Once you’ve entered your verification code, you’ll be taken to the customer portal homepage and you can login using your email address and the password you just created.


forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your login details, you can choose  the “Forgot Password”  option from the customer portal home page to help you login to your account.

Here, you can verify your email address and your date of birth to request a new password.

If you require any further assistance logging in, unlocking your account or resetting your password,  you can contact us online between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, just choose the Q&A chatbot icon at the bottom of this page and type ‘speak to someone’. You can also get in touch by completing  our online contact form.
