believe housing customers are being given the chance to shape the future of the whole affordable housing sector as part of a leading research project.
The ‘discovery lab’ is exploring customer experience and expectations of the affordable housing. Five housing associations across the country are taking part in the project, which is being led by independent research company Promising Outcomes.
In the latest phase of research, all believe housing customers will be contacted by email to give them the opportunity to be involved using a very simple survey. The performance survey asks customers how well believe housing are currently performing against the expectations that tenants told us are most important.
Chief Executive of believe housing, Bill Fullen, said: “Our customer satisfaction has actually increased during the coronavirus pandemic. But we’re firmly of the opinion that we can always do more and improve further. That’s why we’re taking part in this research project.
“I’d really encourage all of our customers to take part and help shape the future of affordable housing. We’ve seen changes take place at a speed none of us could have predicted over the last 18 months or so. It’s important that we stay ahead of the game and continue to meet the expectations of our customers. I hope that this research will help us do that.”
There are no personal questions, customer names and email addresses will not be shared or used for any other purpose, and all scores and comments made will be completely anonymised … believe housing will never know who answered what.
Keep an eye out for an email with full details, and a link to the survey in the coming days.
