After the announcement of the national roadmap on gradually easing coronavirus restrictions, we are currently looking at the detail of the plan and working out when it will be appropriate to reintroduce services such as non-essential repairs. We’ll provide a detailed update as soon as possible.

9 November 2020 - Latest news, Coronavirus, customer app

We know that making it as easy as possible to contact us and manage your tenancy is of real importance to our customers, particularly during the coronavirus pandemic.

For many of us our mobile devices have become a lifeline while we’ve been spending more time than normal indoors. So why wouldn’t we offer you as many believe housing services as possible, from your smartphone?

Our customer app

Our mobile app makes managing your tenancy simpler. You can:

  • Request a repair
  • Pay your rent
  • Check your balance
  • Request a statement
  • Let us know about any estate issues
  • Get in touch
  • And much more …

Search for believe housing on the App Store and Google Play. All you need is an email address and your tenancy number, which can be found on your rent statement and many other letters from believe housing.

Sign up to Direct Debit

More and more of us are also depending on digital transactions for shopping, to pay our bills and many other tasks. So, believe housing is encouraging customers to use Direct Debit to pay their rent wherever possible.

Direct Debit payments come out of your bank or building society account automatically on the same day. You don’t need to leave home or make phone calls to pay your rent; saving you time and money.

Setting up a Direct Debit takes minutes and you can cancel it at any time by notifying your bank or building society.

All you need to do is choose the date that works best for you to make your Direct Debit payment either weekly or monthly.

To speak to us to set up your Direct Debit, just call 0300 1311 999, you’ll need to have your tenancy reference number and your bank account details to hand when you call.

Alternatively, you can download and complete the Direct Debit mandate.

Check your contact details

The coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we work, and we would like to stay in touch with you by email.

By providing your email address we will be able to communicate with you quickly and efficiently, and ensure we get things like rent statements, responses to queries and appointment details directly to you.

You can let us know your email address by filling in our online email form. You can also use our customer app to update your details, just choose change my details from the home menu and select email address.

To check if your contact details are correct, you can also call us on 0300 1311 999.
