A landlord’s free training opportunity is ideal for anyone wanting to work in the food industry.Customer Engagement Team at Dale & Valley Homes

Dale & Valley Homes, together with Bishop Auckland College, is offering residents the opportunity to gain a Level 2 qualification in Food Hygiene.

On Friday, 25 November at Mickle Grove Community Training Hub in Leeholme, attendees can learn about the importance of food safety and the techniques and procedures involved.

Kimberley Batey, Dale & Valley Homes’ Community Training Project Coordinator, said: “This is a full-day programme, between 9am and 4.30pm, which is perfect for anyone who is interested in a career in the catering industry.”
