Housing provider looking for customers’ views I new survey

Housing provider looking for customers’ views

19 September 2017 - Latest news

One of the north east’s largest social landlords is carrying out a major survey to find out what customers think of their homes and the services they receive.

believe housing will be undertaking a telephone survey of its customers over the course of five weeks, beginning on Monday, 25 September.

This will be the largest telephone survey the organisation has ever conducted and will help believe housing better understand the needs of its customers.

The calls will be made by The Leadership Factor, on behalf of believe housing.

Around 1,000 tenants will be contacted by telephone as part of the survey. Calls are being made during both day time and evenings in order to accommodate customers who work.

The calls are expected to last around 10 minutes and will involve a series of questions about tenants’ experiences of living in a believe housing property.

Customers who complete the survey will be entered into a free prize draw to win up to £200 of high street shopping vouchers.

believe housing Head of Strategy and Performance, Louise Taylor, said: “This survey will provide us with vital feedback to help us improve the experience our tenants have in their homes and neighbourhoods.

“We appreciate that our tenants all have busy lives; but just ten minutes on the phone will genuinely make a difference to how we can shape the services we offer in the future.”
