One of the north east’s largest housing associations is carrying out a major survey to find out what customers think of their homes and the services they receive.
believe housing will be undertaking a telephone survey of its customers over the course of five weeks, beginning this week.
Around 1,000 tenants will be contacted, with calls lasting around 10 minutes. Questions will delve into customers’ experiences of living in a believe housing property.
The calls will be made by The Leadership Factor, on behalf of the group, during the daytime and evening.
believe housing Head of Strategy and Performance, Louise Taylor, said: “This survey will provide us with vital feedback to help us improve the experience people have in their homes and neighbourhoods.”
