Important information about Direct Debit payments

Unfortunately, a technical issue during the change of our banking arrangements has meant that some customers in the west Durham area may find that their weekly Direct Debit rent payment has not been collected.

We would urge all customers in the west Durham area who pay by weekly Direct Debit to check their bank accounts and to be aware that their Direct Debit payment will now be taken on Wednesday, 11 December 2019.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, if you have any queries do not hesitate to contact us on 0300 1311 999.
