Following the latest restrictions introduced by government on Thursday, 5 November, we want to reassure believe housing customers about the services they receive.
Our repairs service is still operating and government guidance does allow qualified engineers and trades people to enter homes for safety and maintenance work.
Everyone working in our homes has been fully trained and has the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimise any risks associated with coronavirus.
We fully understand that many of our customers may have concerns about anyone entering their home during the coronavirus pandemic. Everyone at believe housing wants to work with customers to address concerns and maintain safety. If you have specific concerns about an appointment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch beforehand.
We’ll also be continuing to deliver services differently to reduce the need to visit homes in person. Many services can now be found on our customer app. We’ve even created a series of self-help videos for simple tasks around the home and we’ll be continuing to improve the services we provide digitally in response to customer needs.
