Due to a technical error, Dale & Valley Homes customers who pay their rent weekly by Direct Debit have had their payments taken twice.
A reversal of the payment has been requested immediately and will be credited to affected customers’ accounts within the next few days.
Customers do not need to contact their bank however should get in in touch with us as soon as possible if their account is not recredited.
For those who have had Direct Debits returned as unpaid as a result of this issue, or have made an indemnity claim, we will contact you in due course.
