believe housing is inviting organisations to tender for the fulfilment, management and analysis of a comprehensive survey of around 22,000 tenants.

The STAR (survey of tenants and residents) will take place over a two-year period – 50% of customers during the summers of 2015 and 2016 respectively – and will ask Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes tenants what they think of the group’s services to help identify future improvements.

The successful organisation will be required to undertake both surveys, collate all data and present the results to our boards, employees and customers.
