Issues with Direct Debit Payments

8 October 2015 - Latest news

Unfortunately a technical error has meant that we are unable to collect all weekly Direct Debit payments that were due tomorrow (9th October) until Monday 12th October.

Durham City Homes urges all tenants to check their bank accounts and to be aware that their Direct Debit payment will be taken on Monday 12th October.

Suzanne Scales, Income Team leader said, “ We have been affected by a technical issue that is out of our control and can only apologise to tenants for any inconvenience this may cause. We can assure tenants that their rent accounts will not be adversely affected by this issue.
