Dale & Valley Homes’ latest free training programme could prove to be a lifesaver.
On Friday, 18 November between 9am and 4.30pm residents can take part in Emergency First Aid at Mickle Grove Community Training Hub in Leeholme.
The Level 2 qualification, delivered in partnership with Bishop Auckland College, provides essential lifesaving skills for adults, juniors and infants, covering the role of a first aider and tools like CPR.
Kimberley Batey, Dale & Valley Homes’ Community Training Project Coordinator, said: “If there was ever a course to sign up for, this is it.
“None of us know when we could be faced with an emergency situation, and this programme will leave attendees feeling confident that they are equipped to respond to any unfortunate circumstances.”
For more information and to reserve a place call Kimberley on 0746 940 2619 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Help to attend the sessions, including transport and childcare, can be arranged.
