Landlord offers free fitness and food courses

County Durham tenants and residents can get fit and learn to cook at two new free courses run by Dale & Valley Homeslogo_dv

The landlord’s health and fitness course runs for eight consecutive Thursdays, beginning 28 April, from 9.15am to 10.30am at Mickle Grove Community Training Hub, Bishop Auckland.

And the ‘Cooking around the world’ course runs for three consecutive Fridays, beginning 29 April, from 10am to 1pm at Mickle Grove Community Training Hub.
