A deadline of Monday, 28 November is approaching to apply to believe housing’s new customer panel VOCAL – the voice of the customer and leaseholder.

The new forum will represent the voice of people living in homes collectively owned and managed by                                    Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes.

VOCAL will meet every quarter to discuss issues faced by people living in the group’s neighbourhoods, including repairs, antisocial behaviour, lettings, improvements and investments.

Rachel Edmunds, Community Investment Manager, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is passionate about making a difference, not just to the services the group delivers, but to the impact a successful housing offer can have on communities overall.”

For more information on how to apply call Rachel Edmunds on 0191 349 7567 or email rachel.edmunds@cdhg.co.uk

Informal interviews are scheduled for week commencing Monday, 12 December 2016.
