Residents have one final week to apply to a new group that will represent around 18,400 customers.
A deadline of Monday, 28 November is approaching to apply to believe housing’s new customer panel VOCAL – the voice of the customer and leaseholder.
VOCAL will meet every quarter to discuss issues faced by people living in the group’s neighbourhoods, including repairs, antisocial behaviour, lettings, improvements and investments.
