Local landlord achieves 100% success rate

1 July 2015 - Latest news

For the sixth year in a row, our local landlord East Durham Homes has carried out a gas or solid-fuel safety check on all of its properties.

Jack James, Head of Neighbourhood Services, Repairs and Technical said: “Gas and solid-fuel servicing is a top priority for social housing landlords. We are committed to ensuring our tenants live in a safe environment, and that is why we put great emphasis on completing gas and solid-fuel safety checks first time around.”

He added: “Thanks to the help and cooperation of our tenants and our repairs partner, we have also achieved a 100% success rate for the sixth year in a row which is fantastic.”
