Our new video aims to keep our customers informed about some of the work we’ve been doing to deliver services to keep you safe in your homes, while following the government’s guidelines.
In a time of unprecedented change, when the world had to do less, we believed in the power of more.
That has included:
- making 10,481 welfare calls to customers offering extra support
- helping customers access £391,660.97 of unclaimed benefits
- carrying out 7,406 essential repair jobs.
