Our digital push pushes us to top two

11 February 2021 - Latest news

We are delighted to announce that believe housing has been ranked second place in Housing Digital’s ‘Top 30 Digital Housing Providers 2021’.

The award recognises that the way social housing operates has changed beyond recognition and how technological advancements have meant the sector needs to stay ahead of the curve to meet customers’ expectations.

Housing Digital, the online news platform for housing professionals, has seen that we are at the forefront of digital initiatives, with the pandemic only accelerating our transformation.

Our switch to remote working and paperless interaction with customers, coupled with video property viewings, were given the thumbs up – and that’s just skimming the surface of our efforts.

Digital transformation is not just about pushing customers to self-serve through mobile technology, streamlining processes, or agile working. At its core it’s about ideas-driven thinking, a positive people culture, flexible business processes, and integrating processes to benefit the overall customer experience.

And of course digital transformation never stands still – and at believe housing, neither do we.

The judges said: ‘It is clear that believe housing’s digital aspirations are embedded across the business and have the customer at the forefront. In addition, the extent to which they have engaged staff throughout is excellent.’
