Ged Walsh, Director of Assets and Regeneration, said: “We are delighted as a group to have the opportunity to deliver affordable homes to local people unable to access properties on the open market.”

“This event is another step towards making our new build ambitions a reality, together with our landlords Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes.”
