The coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we work, we have been communicating with more and more customers digitally but we need your help to stay in touch in the future.
As an organisation we are moving to a digital way of working, and in the future all correspondence will be sent to you via email where possible, this will include rent statements, answers to enquiries and appointment details.
It is therefore essential that we have the right data for you so we can stay in touch and ensure we are getting important information to you as quickly as possible.
If you don’t have an email address, but would like one, we can also provide help and support setting one up, just call us on 0300 1311 999.
We will also be running a prize draw, with ten prizes of £100* given away each week.
The prize draw is open to all tenants, even if we already have your email details – to take part simply submit your details and the winning customers will automatically receive a credit to their rent accounts.
And if you’re registered on our app as well, we’ll double that to £200*.

The first prize draw will take place on Friday, 5 June 2020 and the last one will be held on Friday, 10 July 2020.
