**UPDATE, 4.15pm, Friday, 17 September **

The issues have now been resolved and the believe housing customer portal is working as normal.

We are currently experiencing some unexpected technical issues that have affected access to the customer portal. Our IT team are working to restore access as soon as possible.

In the meantime believe housing customers can still make contact using our customer app, website, or by calling 0300 1311 999.

We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
