Tenants reminded don’t miss out and have your say

Tenants across County Durham are being reminded to have their say on the services that affect them. STARdom

Local landlords Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes have issued their Annual Survey of Tenants and Residents, STAR, to around 11,000 customers.

The three landlords, as part of believe housing, are reminding survey recipients that they have until 5pm on Monday, 11 July 2016 to take part, either by post or online at www.opinionresearch.co.uk/STAR2016

Louise Taylor, Head of Strategy and Performance at believe housing, said: “Much like last year, we are asking around half of all our tenants how they rate things like the quality of their home, the standard of their estate, and how they choose to receive day-to-day housing services.

“The STAR survey is really important to all of us as landlords to gauge a picture of how our customers feel about the services we deliver.

“This is your chance to have your say. It will only take a few minutes to complete and the outcome will help us to take the right steps in improving homes and estates across the county.”

Customers who take part will have the opportunity to be entered into a free prize draw with the chance of winning up to £200 of shopping vouchers.

Customers who have any queries about the survey, including requests for large print or other alternative formats, should contact Daniel Morris at Opinion Research Services Ltd (ORS) on 01792 535324 or via email at daniel.morris@ors.org.uk
