Customer Experience Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Experience Team as a Customer Experience Advisor, we have several full-time vacancies available to apply for, all of which will be offered on a fixed-term basis until March 2023.

• The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a first point of contact resolution to customers through all access channels for all enquiries and provide professional advice and assistance relating to the delivery of believe housing’s services.
