You can set up a Direct Debit to pay your believe housing rent. Just call 0300 1311 999 – you’ll need to have your tenancy reference number and your bank account details to hand.

Alternatively, you can fill in our online Direct Debit mandate request form.

To make a payment by phone with help from our team, please call 0300 1311 999 during office hours.

Our customer portal makes managing your tenancy a lot simpler. It’s free, easy to use, and allows you to access a wide range of services.

With our customer portal you can:

  • Make your housing rent payment online.
  • Request a statement.
  • Request a visit from your neighbourhood officer.

  • Report estate issues.
  • Update and amend your contact details.

Remember, you’ll need your tenancy reference number to pay your rent. This number is unique to you. If you don’t know your tenancy reference number, please call 0300 1311 999.

Contact us on 0300 456 0476. You’ll need the following information available: your debit or credit card, your rent payment card, your tenancy number, and a pen and paper to note your receipt reference.
