Please note: due to the office closures, we request that you pay by alternative methods other than cheque, wherever possible. If you continue to pay by cheque please be aware that there will be a delay in believe housing presenting your cheque to the bank and therefore a further delay in your payment appearing on your rent account. Please see below for information on alternative methods of payment.
Methods of payment:
Direct Debit is arguably the easiest the way to pay your rent. It’s simple to set up and can be cancelled any time.
You can now speak to us to set up your Direct Debit. Just call 0300 1311 999, you’ll need to have your tenancy reference number and your bank account details to hand when you call.
Alternatively, you can download and complete the Direct Debit mandate, and return to the address on the form.

Remember you’ll need your tenancy reference number to pay your rent. This number is unique to you; if you don’t know your tenancy reference number please call 0300 1311 999.
Credit or debit card
Contact us on our automated telephone line 0300 456 0476. You’ll need the following information available: your debit or credit card; your rent payment card; your tenancy number; and a pen and paper to note your receipt number.
Other ways to pay
You can use your rent payment card at all post offices or PayPoint outlets.
