Planned maintenance
There are some repairs that require specialist materials and/or equipment and further time to complete, so we need to plan this in via our planned improvements and maintenance service.

Properties will usually have been identified as needing work to bring them up to standard via planned improvements.
The work carried out could consist of any or all of the following depending upon the age and condition of the home:
- Rewiring
- New UPVC windows
- New external doors
- New kitchen units
- New bathroom fittings
- New roof
- New central heating
- Energy efficiency measures.
