We offer a number of garages, garage sites, and parking bays available for residents to rent across County Durham.

To rent a garage from believe housing, you must:

• be over 18 years old
• provide proof of your address and identification
• have no rent arrears or outstanding payments for repair work.

If you’d like to use the garage for anything other than storing a vehicle, please send your request to us in writing.

Please note: Currently, we only offer parking bays in the Durham area.
