We have a number of quick and easy ways to pay your rent, including online housing rent payments, or find help and support if you're struggling to make a payment.
You can now speak to us to set up a Direct Debit to pay your believe housing rent. Just call 0300 1311 999 – you’ll need to have your tenancy reference number and your bank account details to hand when you call.
Alternatively, you can download and complete the Direct Debit mandate and return it to the address on the form.
Our customer portal makes managing your tenancy a lot simpler. It’s free, easy to use, and enables you to access a wide range of services at a time and place that is convenient for you.

Remember, you’ll need your tenancy reference number to pay your rent. This number is unique to you; if you don’t know your tenancy reference number, please call 0300 1311 999.
Contact us on our automated telephone line 0300 456 0476. You’ll need the following information available: your debit or credit card, your rent payment card, your tenancy number, and a pen and paper to note your receipt number.
You can use your rent payment card at all Post Offices or PayPoint outlets.
