removal of non collection weeks

We’re changing how we administer rent and service charges for all customers, except those in rent to buy or shared ownership tenancies.

Some believe housing customers currently pay their rent and service charges, if applicable, over 48 or 49 weeks.

However, following consultation with customers in August 2022, we have decided to remove non collection weeks.

That means that from 3 April 2023, all customers will be charged their annual rent and service charges over 52 weeks.
