Terms and conditions
- By entering the free prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- The prize draw is being run by Believe Housing Limited (Spectrum 4, Spectrum Business Park, Seaham, SR7 7TT).
- The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age only.
- Entrants must be a believe housing tenant.
- Employees of believe housing are not eligible to enter.
- In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
- A maximum of one entry per individual/household.
- The prize draw is free to enter.
- Entries must be received by Friday, 17 July 2026 to be eligible to enter. Late entries will not be accepted.
- To enter the prize draw please complete your survey online at Home or send a printed copy to Freepost. RUGY-ETBJ-SKLG, ACUITY, Peregrine, Duverton, TA22 9RZ
- believe housing will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.
- The first name selected at random will win £100 shopping vouchers.
- All prizes must be accepted as offered.
- Winners will be notified by Friday, 31 July 2026.
- By taking part you accept to participate in any reasonable publicity. This will involve the first letter of your salutation, first letter of your surname and area where you live.
- You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by believe housing for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
- All personal information shall be used in accordance with believe housing’s Data Protection and Information Governance Framework, as detailed at Privacy policy
