Tenant Satisfaction Measures surveys

📣 Our Tenant Satisfaction survey is now live!

If you’re a believe housing customer, you might receive a call or email from our partner Acuity soon, asking a few quick questions about the services we provide. 📧📞

The surveys will start on Monday, 17 November for online responses, and Monday, 24 November for telephone interviews. The survey will be open until Saturday, 6 December and all calls will come from a local number.

Your feedback is completely confidential, and it helps us improve our services for you!
