The believe housing Customer Voices group met in person on Tuesday, 17 June.
This was the panel’s first full meeting since the Board’s decision to focus on scrutiny work, following customer consultation.
New terms of reference were agreed to align with this focus, which involves in-depth reviews of believe housing’s services and policies to help shape and enhance performance.
Members have been examining believe housing’s approach to managing antisocial behaviour. This work is nearing completion, and a report will be presented to the Board. The next topic will focus on how believe housing keeps customers informed about things that matter to them.
