We would like to arrange an appointment with you to carry out your energy efficiency survey.

We check the energy efficiency of your home to make sure it is warm, safe and affordable.

These checks help us understand how well your home keeps heat in and whether any improvements could make it more comfortable.

By carrying out an energy survey, we can:

• help reduce your energy bills by identifying ways to make your home easier to heat
• spot issues early, such as poor insulation, draughts, or risks of damp and mould
• plan future improvements, such as better insulation, heating upgrades or ventilation.

Our contractors, RE:GEN Group and/or Crawford & Co will contact you in the coming days directly to book an appointment.

Please answer the call and book a time which is convenient to you. If weekdays are not convenient there are appointments available after 5pm on weekday evenings, and on Saturdays. Our contractors can work around your commitments.

The survey should only last about 60 minutes. During the assessment, the surveyor will check any existing energy measures and take measurements and photographs in all rooms of items such as your boiler, doors, windows and loft insulation.
