Customers who have shared their views over the past year have heard how their feedback is helping to improve services at believe housing.
The housing association’s Customer Engagement Team recently hosted a ‘believe in feedback’ event at Bowburn Community Centre, bringing together customers and colleagues to discuss the difference customer feedback is making.
Customers who had taken part in surveys, focus groups and other activities were invited to find out how their feedback has helped shape repairs and home safety, improvements to homes and neighbourhoods, support for local communities and future service developments.
The event also gave customers the opportunity to ask questions and find out how they can continue to influence decision-making at believe housing.
Kevin Chambers, Engagement and Performance Team Leader at believe housing, said: “We’re incredibly grateful to every customer who takes the time to share their feedback with us and to those who attended the event.
“Our customers’ views are at the heart of everything we do at believe housing.
“The feedback they share helps us understand what’s most important to them and make changes that have a real impact.
“By listening, learning and acting on what customers tell us, we can continue to focus on their priorities and provide simpler, clearer and more joined-up services.”
