‘Like many, here at believe housing we have been shocked and saddened by recent scenes of violence across the country.

‘It has been even more disturbing to see such unrest take place across the north east; a region that I’m sure you’ll agree is one known for its warmth, friendly and welcoming character.

‘As part of the North East Combined Authority we will continue to work with other agencies to monitor the situation.

‘We want to make it clear that we are committed to creating thriving communities that our customers are proud to call home.’
