believe housing has been recognised as one of the best places to work in the UK.
The housing association was named a ‘3 Star , world-class to work for’ employer by Best Companies in the summer.
And it has risen up the charts in three league tables released this week by Best Companies, which measures and recognises workplace engagement.
The not-for-profit landlord, which has 600-plus employees and manages more than 18,000 affordable homes in the North East of England, was ranked:
Alan Smith, Chief Executive of believe housing, said: “We were over the moon with our three-star rating in July and I am so proud that the success has continued.
“These results are simply fantastic, particularly as they are based on the honest feedback of colleagues who take the time to share their views in our Best Companies employee engagement survey.
“We work hard to create a culture at believe housing that supports colleagues and enables them to thrive and we will continue to make this a world class place to work.
“Motivated, supported colleagues who show commitment every day help us to provide healthy homes and to provide exceptional support to our customers and communities.”
