The housing association was named a ‘3 Star , world-class to work for’ employer by Best Companies in the summer.
And it has risen up the charts in three league tables released this week by Best Companies, which measures and recognises workplace engagement.
The not-for-profit landlord, which has 600-plus employees and manages more than 18,000 affordable homes in the North East of England, was ranked:
