Housing associations receive ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing based on how well they meet regulatory standards.
These ratings are set following inspections – our most recent one was in 2023 – and are reviewed each year through stability checks that look at our data and performance.
I’m pleased to share that the Regulator has confirmed our ratings remain the same at G1 for Governance and V2 for Viability.
